Nature of Relationship. You will operate as an independent contractor of Crestwell Travel Network (CTN), a division of Crestwell Travel Services. You are not an employee. You control your own schedule, clients, and marketing methods.
Commission Structure. Your commission split is determined by your plan tier (Starter 70/30, Professional 80/20, Elite 90/10). Commissions are paid via direct deposit upon receipt from suppliers. CTN retains its portion to fund accreditation, technology, insurance, and support services.
Non-Solicitation. During the term of this agreement and for 12 months following termination, you agree not to solicit CTN's other independent contractors to join a competing host agency.
Client Ownership. Your client relationships are yours. Upon departure from CTN, your clients leave with you.
Use of Credentials. You are authorized to use CTN's CLIA and ASTA credentials solely for legitimate travel bookings on behalf of your clients. Misuse of credentials is grounds for immediate termination.
E&O Insurance. CTN provides Errors & Omissions insurance coverage for all members in good standing. This coverage is contingent on maintaining an active subscription and following CTN's booking procedures.
Confidentiality. You agree to keep confidential all proprietary information, commission structures, supplier pricing, and platform details disclosed to you by CTN.
Termination. Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. CTN reserves the right to terminate immediately for material breach, misrepresentation, or misuse of credentials.
Governing Law. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
A full copy of the IC Agreement will be emailed to you upon approval and must be signed before platform access is granted.
